Generally, you will receive feedback from us within 1–2 business days. For urgent matters, we recommend contacting us directly by phone.
How does a viewing work?
We will schedule an appointment with you on-site, get an overview of the property and surroundings, and discuss your wishes. Afterwards, you will receive an assessment of the effort, procedure, and next steps.
Does a quote cost anything?
The initial analysis and a non-binding quote are usually free of charge. If a larger effort arises in individual cases, we will inform you transparently in advance.
What documents are helpful for the inquiry?
Helpful information includes the property address, the type of use (e.g., rental property, single-family home), and the desired services. If available, you can provide us with plans or photos in further communication.
